A regretful Regus member

I am a Regus office member in Turkiye. When they sell the office they tell a lot of love story but when you buy it, everything changes.

My biggest disappointment about Regus is its' services. They tell that we access to all Regus centers worldwide and access to kitchen free during these visits. And the kitchen is free for business lounge members coming from other countries in Turkiye by the way. But I do not have this right in Baku.

I am in Bakü for some time and I use Baku Regus offices for a while. Today the manager told me, I am not allowed to use tea coffee service unless I pay for it.

Plus they told me you cannot sit in this area, but that area which is no plug available and which is not comfortable to work.

The area they blocked me to use was available for the other people, who are already office members in that location.

When Regus sell its product they tell fairy tales, but I am exausted to face such kind of double standards

Hi Baran,
I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
Your dedicated space is in Turkey. Although you wish to use the lounge in Azerbaijan, there are no lounges in this centre. In an effort to provide the best possible service, the staff let you use an available co-working desk temporarily but all co-working desks are now being taken by customers in this centre and no more space is available. If you wish to have a reserved space in Azerbaijan, the local team will be able to give you details on availability and pricing.
A member of my team has been in touch to answer any other questions you may have.
Kind regards,
Michelle Spire
