Regus is the most irresponsible, unethical and withholding Retainer deposits illegally
It has been four months since we are following up with Regus different teams at all levels to release my eligible funds of Retainer Deposit but no one is even bothered to look into this issue.
There is delayed responses for the emails and there is no reply to our reviews posted on Trustpilot as well. this kind of ill response of Regus is clearly indicating that they never care about the damage of their reputation at global level.
As they generally do not respond to the emails but they stopped addressing to the reviews at global level as they have no answer for the money withheld with Regus illegally.
They have customer care teams only for sales but there is no one to respond to the operational and financial concerns of Regus clients at all.
Regus team, please declare that if you wish to keep our eligible funds (approximately INR 52000/-)intentionally so that we will stop making follow ups as we are losing lot of time.
All other clients will definitely think twice before they associate with Regus as you charge penalty for a single day late fees from the clients but Regus is least bothered about funds of their clients even four months delay also.

A part of your retainer was offset against your outstanding balance, which consists of tax deductions, and the remaining amount was refunded to you on 02 July 2025.

The main reception area is not administered by Regus and they need a community manager’s approval to allow guests onto the dedicated Regus floor.
Unfortunately, your instruction to the community manager was delayed, resulting in your guest having to wait at reception for an extended period of time.
We can confirm that the local team have been given coaching to make sure they maintain our usual high standard of customer care.
