While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Our company held an agreement with Regus for a UK branch, but unfortunately the branch fell through with little interest.
We tried cancelling the agreement but were not able to be let ago according to a contract. We asked to see this contract but they never provided it.
We were being charged for mail collection when they never collected our mail, they returned them all. And they autorenewed our agreement despite being given written notice months previous to not do so.
Communication at Regus is automated and unhelpful, trying to get a unified answer is impossible as they all have different opinions of your "agreement".
I have seen other reviews with similar experiences. Regus is now threatening to report the "debt" of this company to a credit-bureau, despite the company being in the process of being struck off. There is no one in the UK to go after.
Complaints were raised dozens of times with no answers, I STRONGLY advise to look elsewhere or be trapped by this company.
