Never use Regus

Never use Regus! I signed a 6-month agreement and pa y for 1month, but within a week my plans was changed so I asked them to void my agreement but keep this first payment! No! They said: haha-you're signed for 6 month, not our problem

Hi Alexander, I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
You signed a 6 months agreement with a preferential monthly fee. A signed agreement is a formal business commitment, and it should be ended online according to its terms and notice period.
We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel agreements. Some advanced warning is necessary, thus your current agreement will expire on 31 January 2024.
