poor modification procedure via email link
I applied to modify the cancellation/renewal via an email link on 30th June 2023 and was later told I needed to prove that I clicked on a link in the email. Still, Regus failed to solve my request as per my choice to modify the rental contract.
Updating review today on August 22, 2023: Got the feedback from Regus support that my above issue will be solved soon. That sounds great.
