We took an office at Regus Brussels South Station in July 2026. The reception team has been friendly, but the service behind them has failed on almost every count, and two months of written complaints have produced no fix, no timeline and no compensation.
Internet: the wired connection to our office has a switch fault, which we were told was already a known issue. Two months later it is still not repaired and we are not getting the speed we were sold. The only alternatives offered were a paid add-on or moving to their paid wireless, neither of which gives an office the wired connection it is paying for. Our calls, meetings and printing drop out constantly.
Billing: our July and August rent was invoiced together at the end of August, weeks late, with the due date set the same day, even though our Direct Debit was active. The same day we received a warning that unpaid invoices could lead to our service being restricted. Regus later told us to disregard it. When we then paid both invoices by card as asked, one payment was taken from our account but has not been applied, so our latest statement asks us to pay it again.
Mail and parcels: before signing we were told the team would take care of receiving our goods and deliveries. Courier collections were missed on three separate days, leaving customer orders sitting for several days, and a parcel we handed to reception staff has never been traced.
We have escalated in writing several times, including to senior management. Replies, when they come, repeat the same information without answering the questions. We are still waiting for a repair date and a compensation proposal.
If you need an office you can rely on long term, check carefully before you sign.
-- Update, 14 October 2026: Regus has now confirmed it received our card payment, and says a fault in its own accounting system stopped it being posted. On the internet, Regus's public reply says the problem is our own hardware. That is not what their IT team told us after we diagnosed the issue for them: on a call, IT agreed the fault is in a network switch and affects any wired connection through it, whatever is plugged in. Most members use wireless, which is why it goes unnoticed. A wired connection is part of our agreement, so we should not have to buy a paid IT service to get it working, and what was offered would not fix the switch anyway. On parcels, collection times were agreed, but collections were still missed after that, and the lost parcel was handed to Regus reception staff, as our CCTV shows. We still have no repair date and no compensation proposal.
