Bad application about document in payment scheme

Even the website uploaded the document correctly, didn't appear as the payment in the follow up chart where is place the invoices.
In consequence the system sent to me a reminder several times and the last one was a threat of cut the service.

We’re sorry if there was some confusion regarding your payments within your online account (myregus.com).
We would always recommend you to set up a direct debit and doing is simple; it can easily be done through your online account (Account section). You will have an allotted number of days each month to review your invoice before the payment is processed.
You can also check payments and download your invoices, which include a summary of the net balance on your account. We receive great feedback about the online accournt service and hope you can benefit from it too.
