Terrible Experience
I've had a terrible experience. Firstly, entered an agreement for a location set to open on a specific date and the opening was delayed twice. I signed a new agreement with the new start date and again the opening was postponed. I was understanding of the delays. However, I was charged for deposits twice, one for each contract. I was also billed for 1 month of rent before even entering the location that was 'rented.' I was given a refund date and amount by the help desk (via email) and sadly I received only 5% of the amount I was due. So far its has been extremely frustrating experience and I'm still not convinced this isn't fraudulent. I would be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.
