Good Grief!

Good: Class A office with amenities. Great account manager. Needs improvement: The receptionist sucks, is unfriendly to the point of being hostile, zero rapport, zero understanding of elementary business protocol, makes me feel unwelcome with his daily, consistent snubbing behavior. Not sure whether it is intentional or he's just in the wrong job. Best guess: both. I'm starting a business and don't need this negative energy in my work space. I have good rapport with everyone else here, just not him. A simple, "Good morning, sir." when I arrive each morning would solve the problem by changing the pattern. (When I've said, "Good morning", to him, he says nothing and doesn't even look up from his computer. Appalling!)
