Hamilton Ave and Orchard City
Joan has been great, Joseph at the Orchard City office has been good and responsive. It is a new locations so they are still working through kinks which is understandable. Dealing with the back office and invoicing mistakes has been terrible, there are errors and no one has responded other than to charge a late payment for an invoice that I have been trying to get corrected for a month, again with no response.
