I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this experience.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly.
Your agreement ended on 30 April 2024, but we have no records of a refund request having been submitted.
Requesting a refund is easy. You should log into your online account (i.e., myregus.com), select Account > Billing and payments > Deposit / Retainer balances, where a specific section for refund request is available. We will then confirm your payment date and amount.
We sent reminders to you and your centre team in May and August with instructions on how to request your refund.
We then provided an alternative method as an exception but received no response from you.
My team are in contact with you again now. Please respond to them with the necessary details for us to complete your refund, thank you.
