2 hours daily use of community room bought out
I understood that up to 2 hours daily use of community room was included in my lease. Seeing the day I wanted greyed out, I asked and was told "sorry, someone has paid for the day so nothing is available". I was upset and forced to buy a conference room. (A one star rating).
I read and found my lease renewal seemed silent on community room, its use and availability.
Three days later Anette (five start rating!) explained the staff had talked about my experience and agreed if a community room is bought out for the day, they would work with me to find an alternative community room if available in the future.
