AVOID AT ALL COSTS
No communication when buying package, agent on phone pushed me for a longer contract and didn't even tell me other options. I tried cancelling with online team, they directed me to local team. The local team told me that there are no options to downgrade, even though the website says to "talk to your local team" for downgrade options. I asked to escalate to a manager and no response. STAY AWAY!!!

We work hard to ensure our services offer exceptional value to our customers and to provide many different options to meet every requirement and budget. Our teams are available to answer questions you may have prior to signing and you can also find information relating to our products, agreement lengths and pricing on our website; we can only apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you.
When your current agreement comes to an end you have complete flexibility to resize your product requirements and are welcome to start the conversation with your centre team now. These changes will take effect upon renewal.
Your centre team have attempted to address your concerns and please remember that your membership allows you to make bookings in any of our business centres (subject to availability); you can find these within the ‘Find Workspace’ area of your online account (Myregus.com).

Turn the AC on!
This place never has the AC on. Also, the coffee is not worth $2.50 per cup. Most of the time the coffee machine does not make good coffee. Plus, management should go back to disposable coffee cups.
