The lack of communication is annoying…

The lack of communication is annoying and they try to charge you for services you never signed up for.

I’m so sorry for your disappointment. 
For the convenience of our customers, we automatically set up a weekly mail forwarding service covering mail handling and envelopes. You can of course collect your mail from the centre during business hours, if you prefer, or change the frequency in which we forward your mail (weekly or monthly); simply contact your centre team and they will do it for you. This service is now removed from your account and the incorrect charges have been credited. 
I understand that you had difficulties contacting your centre team to make arrangements for your mail collection. We coordinated this with your centre team, and they have confirmed that they have addressed the issue with you. Please contact them if you need further help on this matter.

This is a complaint email I've sent…

This is a complaint email I've sent them.

Sadly due to over 1 year of poor customer services in addressing 1 issue I've brought up multiple times, I'd like to terminate my services with Regus and move forward with a different company.
I believe I have a few items that were shipped to the regus address and despite paying for all my mail to be forwarded none of it was.Please release any items under the name of [NAME CENSORED]

Please terminate your requests for payments on [DATES CENSORED] due to immense dissatisfaction with your services and multiple requests for charges that should not have been made.

I hope that I am the only individual experiencing this.Either way it may be a good idea for higher ups to investigate in case there are others who are experiencing lengthy dissatisfying services.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
We are required by law to follow anti-money laundering regulations to set up the mailbox. As we are following a governmental procedure, it would be illegal for us to accept mail for you until the process is completed in its entirety. You were sent the necessary PS1583 form to fill in and verify your ID, but you returned an incomplete form which was not notarized.
Your current agreement will expire on 30 September 2024. It is a formal, business commitment. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date.
The local team have been in touch and will be happy to guide you through the process and answer any further questions that you may have.
