I would check invoices

This complaint is not about the Regus physical center; they are great, and always go above and beyond. This is about the new billing system, and America's Debt Collection overcharges, makes up charges, and suspends accounts even after they have been paid. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I have been with Regus since 2014. I'm not sure why they made the changes they have, but they are terrible. I have always had an autopsy. One day, I went to rent office space, and my account was suspended. When I looked at my account, I owed over $2400. Never received an email or anything about the website change. I stopped getting emails from them and had no idea what was happening to my account so I paid the pat due invoices put a new credit card for payment Once again they are using an expired credit card no emails until once again I was contacted by a third party collection agency I paid the past due once again No invoices this month I get several emails URGENT Request for Payment of Past Due Invoices for your Regus Membership Agreement saying my account is past due and I owe f USD 1944.39. according to Americas Debt Collection. When in fact I owe 289.44, due February 15th, yet my account is suspended when I call billing, they cant do anything, they just collect past due amount, and they show a past due amount, but my Regus account shows 289.44, so I
have probably overpaid.

This complaint is not about the Regus physical center; they are great and always go above and beyond. The issue lies with the new billing system and America's Debt Collection, which overcharges, adds unauthorized charges, and suspends accounts even after they have been paid. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

I have been with Regus since 2014 and do not understand why they made these terrible changes. I have always had an autopay setup. One day, I went to rent office space, only to find that my account was suspended. Upon reviewing my account, I saw that I owed over $2,400, without ever receiving an email or notification about the website change.

I stopped receiving emails from them and had no idea what was happening with my account. To resolve the issue, I paid the past due invoices and provided a new credit card for payment. However, once again, they used an expired credit card without notifying me, and I was contacted by a third-party collection agency.

Once more, I paid the past due amount. This month, I received several urgent emails regarding a past due invoice for my Regus membership agreement, stating that my account was past due and that I owed $1,944.39 according to America's Debt Collection. In reality, I only owe $289.44, which is due on February 15th. Despite this, my account remains suspended. When I call billing, they can't do anything; they only collect past due amounts. Meanwhile, my Regus account shows that I owe $289.44, so I suspect that I have overpaid. hundred of dollars. I

Hi Elizabeth,
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your automated payment method setup, which led to our payments team contacting you.
Your invoices have remained unpaid since the payment card you registered for automated payment deduction has expired. As a result, your account was transferred to our collections team.
We take all possible steps to ensure payments are made on time; this includes courtesy emails and several contacts from our internal collection team. The same was sent to you.
We can confirm that your payment card details are up to date now and the pending invoices have been paid.
We do not “overcharge” our customers. You overpaid before the current invoice was issued. The overpaid amount has been partially allocated to the current invoice, and the balance should be paid.
You can review your invoices and payments through your myregus.com (Account > Billing and payments section). You can download them there and/or pay online.
Your account is being reinstated now, and you will be updated once it is completed.
A member of my dedicated team has contacted you in this matter. Please respond to them for further help.
Best,
Lorraine Brule
