Same day response to my service needs.
Entirely Unacceptable Actions from Regus
My last day of renting an office at Regus was January 31st, 2025. I have not received my retainer payment yet and we are almost into April now. It explicitly states that the retainer will be given back after 30 days, were well into 60 days and still have not received it.
Also, after submitting several help desk tickets along with contacting my local office, who also submitted tickets, there’s been no response whatsoever.
I am very discouraged with their lack of communication and inability to respond in even the slightest. If the tables were turned and I owed Regus, I can guarantee that they would’ve sent several late fees and threatened legal action by now.
I expect to receive my retainer back ASAP and will keep posting negative reviews across all review websites and take further action as needed.
The local Regus office that I worked from has been helpful but they have also not received any response to their support tickets. This is entirely unacceptable from such a large corporation.

Great officer space
I rented a small office from Regus several weeks in a row and it was a great experience. The office space was clean and professional. What truly elevates the experience is the receptionist at the front desk. She greets and opens the door for every client and makes them feel welcome
