I am still waiting for the refund of my…

I am still waiting for the refund of my retainer. This is appalling and disgraceful for a business that penalises its customers at every opportunity. Our contract with Regus ended on the 31st of January, and we still have not received the retainer that they are illegally in possession of.

They are not very responsive to emails and don't have a phone number. I wish I could penalise them for the pathetic and unethical business practices.

The reference number to my query is C-3357764-P5F2.

Can someone take the time to resolve my longstanding query and issue my refund?
