AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Avoid working here if at all possible, in future I will be paying extra to work at WeWork. The staff are pleasant but Regus themselves are worse than Ryanair, you will be charged for everything on top of your monthly bill. You will also find hidden charges, like an office restoration fee, indexation which they charge whatever they like and change the rules whenever they feel like it. You will be thinking, "he didn't read the terms and conditions" in fact I did cover to cover, however, the T's & C's refer to "house rules" for certain things which is "apparently" not a legal document and is different for each location, which allows them to change it whenever they want and do what ever they feel like.

Internet is also split into two the basic and the one you have to pay additional for. If you have more than one person in your office you will have to pay for the "better" wifi.

The communication is appalling it will take you weeks to get anything rectified and even longer to speak with anyone who has the power to do anything. AVOID AVOID AVOID! The date of experience is the date I left as I could not stand it any more.

Hi Imran,
Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologise if we haven’t provided you with the level of service that you expect and deserve from Regus.
The details of all the charges are clarified in our agreement and we charge our customers according to it.
The office restoration service is a part of your agreement. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians.
When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer.
For agreements longer than 12 months, annual indexation is applied on each anniversary of the start date.
Long-term commitments often incur increases in the monthly fee each year due to annual indexation (designed to reflect cost increases). We pay those fees as well. If you were to take direct space or a sublease you would also see these fees in your rent annually.
The house rule is a part of your agreement. This may be updated periodically and apply to all our facilities operating under different brands. You agreed to this provision upon signing the agreement.
We offer various internet service packages, and charges depend on the package you select.
I would have loved to investigate further on your concerns, but you’ve posted anonymously, and I cannot identify your account with the information that you have provided.
Your centre team is available to assist with any concerns. They will direct you to a resolution team if they cannot resolve an issue. You can also contact our account helpdesk team through the ‘Help’ section of your online account (myregus.com) for assistance with account, billing, and payment queries.
If you need further support in this matter, please email me your account number and company name (as displayed on your invoice) at lorraine.brule@regus.com.
Kind regards,
Lorraine Brule

Excellent Marina and Dale at Regus Cambridge

The experience we received from the reception at Regus Cambridge East Road is excellent. Both Marina and Dale are absolutely and utterly helpful, polite, caring, and attentive. They look after us, the tenants in the building, and very often go out of their way to help. Their help is unfortunately restricted by the management of Regus group including those senior managers, who do not have any contact with us and who do not care about us. There are broken lifts and broken boilers all of which need repairing and changing but the senior management does not seem to care as they are not on the floor with us. The common parts of the building in particular the stairs and corridors which are often filthy. No matter how many times Marina and Dale clean them themselves, they need to be kept clean. By the way, it is not Marina's and Dale's job to clean the common parts. But they do so for us so that the place looks clean and professional. The responsibility lies with the senior management. The company charges a lot for the offices and yet the senior management is so reluctant to provide the services that we all pay for in the building. Marina and Dale deserve a promotion for what they do for your organisation.
