Wow this company is horrible

Wow this company is horrible. We just got an invoice from collections for $1000 and we never signed up for this service. It was cancelled and I was assured it was cancelled. Now I ask for the contract I signed and they can’t find it. Convenient!

Hi Randy, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave another review.
Your accounts have been explained to both you and your wife and the email that my team member sent to you 08 April provides a full explanation.
Both you and your wife signed agreements and as we understood your mix-up we cancelled the duplicate for you. 
The remaining agreement has many unpaid invoices which has led to your account being passed to our collections team.
We value your business but the current payment situation needs to be resolved.

Excellent human experience

I've been a customer off and on since 2020, first under another company, and later under my own. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, and the facility continues to be a convenient and affordable way to work outside my home.
