I got expelled from Regus Ballerup for…
I got expelled from Regus Ballerup for badmouthing their own incompetence, that they didn't tell me that I must hold the magnetic stripe of the access card to the right side of the reader (and not the left) when they gave me the card, and it took them 5 full days (yes, 5) to finally reveal the trick to me and I had no contact possibilities and wasted money and time for transport trying to move in.
But I didn't mind and I did it partly by purpose, because it's the only way to get yourself kicked out without getting a fine or doing a crime, and get your money back, when they don't care that you aren't a happy customer anymore even though you clearly state it and want to leave, they just want to keep you a hostage payee.
Yeah I have short fuses and get too angry, but why not be careful to make the onboarding smoother so that also people with weaker nerves could also enjoy your services, and don't drive them through the rocky road as you did with me?
Some people don't have the possibilities to beat around the bush much for various reasons exactly because they need your services and don't have time for your incompetences, things need to work, or bye bye.
After you have been so irresponsible, you shouldn't complain about angry customers, especially because you wouldn't even let them leave on their own choice,
If the don't give the customer the option to leave anytime without losses if unhappy with your sevices, unconditionally, to all your customers, then why are you getting sensitive over customers being pissed and lose their mind over YOUR incompetences and neglect?
One of the reasons why trying to keep the customer hostage by forcing them to commitment for a cheaper price is unethical, is that their only chance to get their freedom back is to badmouth and disrespect your employees until they get kicked out and get their rights to their own money back.
No instant support with the right information to get access with my card that paid for, and they are the ones offended.
And they don't even offer money back, just meals.
Before you blame me for loosing my temper, own your own incompetences and your own neglect.
Some people are simply more sensitive and in more vulnerable situation.
If I paid you in advance, and I even committed for 6 months, and you gave me my access card on day 1 and I still cannot enter on day 5 because of your incompetences, and I lost almost 1000 DKK because of you for going back and forth trying to move in, and lost 5 days, don't expell me becuase I am still angry about you AND cannot even opt out without huge financial losses and badmouth you on day 6, okay?
Because that's why I got expelled, because I was still venting and badmouthing after the day I was informed how to use my card and it worked.
Well you pissed me off big time, what did you expect, a lobotomy and forget it all at once?
AND you don't even have contact information for me to your leadership made public, so the only thing I can do is to take it out on your employees!
I was the one who always said I apologize (for getting angry), and sorry, the employees never apologized or never said sorry for their neglect and irresponsibility.
I even bought beers for them.
I should have been able to get in on day 1 of our agreement. So they violated the terms as much as me.
And actually now reading my messages again, on day 6 after I was told how to use my card, I did not badmouth the staff anymore, I simply said that they should have told me on day 1, how to use my card, or it shouldn't have taken them 5 days to tell me.
Well we BOTH violated the terms.
I should have been able to access the center on day 1, not 5 days after our agreement.
Now account help desk and regus Ballerup are sending me back and forth, each saying that the other is responsible with my refund.
UPDATE:
I told them twice in advance on mail that I closed my card that I paid with and I have given my bank account number for them for the transfer, now they refunded my money to the card that I closed, they say.
And as I said previously in my deleted review, the girl who handed me over the key, N***ka (since Trustpilot won't let me post her full surname) was absolutely unfriendly and rude and just passive. I needed to ask her everything 3 times until finally she replied.
Now they reported me to the police for swearing them repeatedly, which I did.
I did it until they kicked me out and I told them from the very beginning in writing that I will swear them until they cancel my contract and kick me out to get my money back which I did get back, 'cause they didn't clearly disclose that their prices excludes tax, before signing, they have hidden it in the tiny letter hidden mail disclaimer, the scammers.
If you signed a time based commitment contract and they won't let you leave only because of that, just swear them until they kick you out.
They don't address any of my complaints here as you can see!
