NO MAINTANANCE FOR
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the declining quality and maintenance of the Regus workspace, particularly the shared areas such as the kitchen. When I joined in 2019, the facility upheld its reputation as a clean, professional international workspace. However, since 2023, I have noticed a significant deterioration in maintenance standards, which has affected my experience.
On several occasions in 2023 and 2024, I have encountered cockroaches and rats in common areas, which is not only embarrassing but also unacceptable for a professional working environment. While the offices themselves are well-maintained and clean, the kitchen and shared spaces need urgent attention. It is clear that proper repairs and pest control have been neglected, and this is diminishing the quality of the space.
As a valued client, I kindly request that you address these issues as a priority. Regular cleaning, pest control, and necessary kitchen repairs would help restore Regus to the high standards it is known for.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see improvements soon.
