The Centre has lot of Hidden Charges
The Centre has lot of Hidden Charges . Sales Team is not explaining details in advance and the billing amount is higher than the amount committed.
Sales Team has Poor product knowledge , Regus Dubai DAFZA.
Recvd ur reply the dissapointmnt is not about the refund part . It’s about the cost involved which was not mentioned at the time of agreement . Additional cost was never mentioned and found it when recvd invoice .
Pls train ur team and ask them to clearly mentioned all charges to their clients before finalization so clients are not having any surprises when receiving invoice .
