Scam - Regus World Trade Center
Scam - Regus Dubai World Trade Center**
I initially booked an office space with Regus Dubai World Trade Center and encountered several issues that I believe others should be aware of before considering this service.
From the beginning, I was charged for services I did not authorize. Despite raising concerns, I was told that I had to use the office space as there were no alternatives. Furthermore, Regus placed my agreement on auto-renewal without prior notice, resulting in additional charges to my card. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I needed to pay 10,773 AED before they would process the refund. Eventually, they agreed to refund 12,540 AED but after several months, I only received 11,633 AED.
They promise to refund 12540 and took payment of 10773 for adjustment. And now they send me 117633 AED.
Throughout this ordeal, communication from Regus has been inadequate and unprofessional. My emails have gone unanswered, and the behavior of their representatives has been far from what one would expect from a reputed service provider.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution to anyone considering doing business with Regus Dubai World Trade Center.
