Lage des Büros und Service stimmt!

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren zufriedener Kunde und regelmäßiger Nutzer eines voll ausgestatteten Büroraums. Besonders schätze ich die zentrale Lage mit mehreren Parkhäusern in unmittelbarer Nähe – ein großer Pluspunkt für meine Klienten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind stets freundlich, professionell und reagieren auch bei unerwarteten Situationen schnell und lösungsorientiert. Die Büroräume sind hochwertig ausgestattet und bieten ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld. Insgesamt ein rundum überzeugender Service – absolut empfehlenswert!

Finger weg von Regus!

Finger weg von Regus!
In Düsseldorf eine Katastrophe - bekomme meine Kaution nicht zurück. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen im Center, Helpdesk, sogar vom Prokuristen bekommt man nur abfällige (wenn überhaupt) Antworten. Gehe nun per Anwalt vor - obwohl alles bezahlt ist. Und nein: ich möchte KEINE Standartnachricht an wen ich mich wenden soll. Könnt ihr euch sparen. Krankes System mit einer Menge sehr schlechten Erfahrungen. Ich denke, hier wird Geld systemisch nicht wieder herausgegeben - obwohl Kaution (also nicht das Geld von Regus)!
