Billing nightmare

The local office staff are very helpful and friendly, but the account management and billing is a nightmare. Changes to the default card to take payment from take a month or more to process, this may show up in your account but it won't be used. Support are of very little help, and you'll still be liable for late fees even if it's their mistake. If I had any other alternative locally I'd go elsewhere.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment and to hear of the confusion surrounding your payment method.
Our invoices are payable no later than the 15th of each month. If payment isn’t received by the due date, we incur administration costs and must pass on a late fee. We recommend that customers monitor their accounts to ensure payment is made on time to avoid this.
A member of my team has since confirmed to you that your payment method was successfully added to your account and I'm happy to hear that you're satisfied with the resolution we provided

Unable or unwilling to repay deposit

My deposit refund of £614 has been pending since June 3rd. I’ve been told numerous times that it’s due to be paid. Then after copious emails chasing accounts, excuses like an accounting glitch meant we couldn’t pay you.
47 days overdue and counting. It’s an utter disgrace.
Regus, you should be utterly ashamed of yourselves.

Your agreement ended on 30 June. The wait period is 30 days so the earliest date that you’ve been waiting for is 31 July, not 3 June.
