I've had great service from Regus for over a decade. I use the Fort Lauderdale office the most and I've consistently found their staff to be outstanding, professional, and helpful.

Terrible Experience – Unauthorized Withdrawals After Contract Ended
I had an office at Regus in Fort Lauderdale and, despite properly ending my contract, they are withholding my entire security deposit with no valid explanation. All communications and proof of cancellation are documented, yet they continue to make unauthorized withdrawals and refuse to return my funds.
This situation is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to keep money that doesn’t belong to them. I strongly advise anyone considering Regus to be extremely cautious — their billing and refund practices are far from transparent and customer service offers no real solution.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly.
You initiated a payment dispute with your card issuer regarding an overpayment. However, instead of reversing only the overcharged amount, multiple payments were charged back by your issuer, which created an outstanding balance on your account. As a result, your full retainer was applied to offset this balance.
We are actively investigating the chargeback matter and will ensure that any refund owed to you is processed appropriately.
