Terrible customer service

I rented a shared office space starting on 05/22. After 2 days I found this would not work for me. Cancelled 06/03 and they are trying to charge me for July because I didn't give 30 days notice. Customer service is horrible. You get the run around from everyone. DO NOT do business with Regus. They could care less about customer service.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.

It is disappointing to see you post online although we have already provided you with alternative options.

You signed a month-to-month agreement which requires one full calendar month’s notice to end it. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel agreements. Some advanced warning is necessary, thus your current agreement will expire on 31 July 2023. It is a formal, business commitment.

You are welcome to discuss alternative options directly with your local community manager, who remains your key contact here.
