I had requested my retention money and never received it back, after 3 years of paying for their services i cancelled the service. for 2 years they haven't paid my retention amount even after several mail correspondence.

After 2 months passed still not received, i had shared my bank details 2 months ago.

They told me the sent bank account details was wrong! cross checked with their denied bank account details, they were exactly same, I really do not understand what is going on retention, I will keep fighting for this 120 usd , my god do they really need to keep this amount? not to pay it .

In would give it 0 stars if I could. There's no phone # to call anyone about any issue you have. On top of the lack of being able to actually contact someone at Corporate not the office location near you, my mail was being forwarded and for some unknown reason (according to Regus) the mail was sent back to Regus and NOT 1 single person called or emailed to let me know. This was going on for months, yet they were still taking payments each month. Unethical and unprofessional, and they lie about month to month, I've still yet to receive a "contract" that I agreed to a year contract. So glad to be done with them, please don't sign up for them, beware!

Please understand that your centre team handle mail themselves so they would be your primary contact for these concerns.
If you remain dissatisfied, your centre team can pass your concerns to their senior management team who will be happy to assist.
