Ongoing connection issues with phone and internet

I continue to have connection issues with internet and telephone. Since my last review, my internet has been down 3 more times. I actually received an email asking me to remove my bad review because they had fixed it. But, they haven't as connection continues to be an issue for DAYS at a time, not hours. Absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY as there's no one to contact other than local staff who are doing everything in their power to resolve the issue. Problem began again on Friday and it still isn't resolved today,
