I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment, however, please allow me to put the matter into context.
Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries about renewals are clarified before an agreement is signed.
You should confirm the end of your agreement through your online account (myregus.com) by going to My Account > Products and services > End Agreement.
A courtesy reminder for the upcoming renewal, effective from 1 May, was sent to you in January and a further confirmation was sent in February. However, you only engaged with us during the month of April.
Your current renewal is set to terminate on 31 July 2026 and we cannot end it prior to that date.

Their accounting/billing is atrocious please review your invoices carefully. Also if you are opening a Virtual Office in ANY Regus office and are planning on listing your business in Google Business, Google is giving folks a hard time verifying the business and sometime they will DELETE your business listing completely. THEY, Regus, will never advise you of that. Even if you have a physical address google might give you a hard time and try to take it down. They are going after every office sharing/virtual office business because it goes against their policies.

We are not affiliated with Google and, therefore, do not have any control over their rules, regulations, or the processes they use for verifying and maintaining business listings. We recommend reviewing Google's guidelines for business listings and contacting their support team directly for any issues or clarifications regarding your business on their platform.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
You were not charged double, but you have been billed with late payment fees due to delayed payments. Our invoices are payable no later than on the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you. You can review invoice and payment dates on your statement of account, available in your online account.
You have signed a 12-month agreement online with an end date of 31 March 2025, not a month-to-month agreement. You will be charged until the end date of your agreement. Please note that you chose the agreement term while signing it online, and we provided the agreement according to it.
We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date. Your agreement will end on 31 March 2025 as stated in the termination confirmation email.
Please remember that your centre team is available to answer any of your queries. Alternatively, you can respond to my team member who is in touch with you.
