I would like to give a zero star but 1 is the lowest!
Stay far away from these people. They are unprofessional, never answer the phone unless you call from a new number (They are hoping for new sales). They say one thing and do another. In the state of FL you have a 3-day cooling off period for contracts.
I canceled the same day, as soon as you sent over the invoice. You sent me an invoice for a completely different amount. That was not as discussed.
Please correct your record. I never came and I never picked up the key. I also sent 3 emails saying so.
They continuously harass me and I have asked them numerous times to stop. I am not paying for a service that I did not receive. They are desperate. They will never receive repeat customers because they do not care about customer satisfaction!

I understand that you want to end your agreement earlier than planned. You have signed a fixed agreement with us and requested to end the agreement based on a cooling-off period.
We do not exercise cooling-off periods; we provide service agreements to our customers with a recognised end date. Your current agreement will expire on 28 February 2025 and it’s a formal business commitment.
You have been billed according to your agreement which you have agreed and signed.
