Amazing and the Palm Beach Gardens Financial District location has truly a wonderful staff . The gentlemen and the lady up front made me feel very welcome since Day 1. I am a recruiter and I love the day offices when I go visit .
Getting the mail Forwarding correctly has been a pain, we should have mail forwarding since day one, but we never get it delivered or the rare times we did receive some pieces of mail, it just stops working out of the blue. On top of that a couple of months ago the sudden cancelation of our former address without any notice caused a lot of inconvenience on our end, forcing us to cancel and update addresses in many places including banks, services, and government and taxation agencies.

I have immediately asked the line manager of your centre to investigate this as a priority and they have confirmed that the mail forwarding service has always been provided to you at the centre located in Florida, West Palm Beach - Philips Point. They also informed that all the emails that have been received on your behalf were forwarded to the address you have registered with us.
Due to market demand and to improve our customer experience, the centre at Florida, West Palm Beach - Philips Point was closed. Prior to the closure, we provided necessary notice to our customers and informed them of the details of the alternative centre they will be transferred to (if they choose this option) so that they can update their billing details. Please be informed that it is the customer’s responsibility to update their billing address at institutions that are related to their business.
You didn’t opt in for the mail forwarding service upon your transfer to the centre located at Florida, Palm Beach Gardens – Financial District, and the service was not provided to you.
Your current centre team confirmed that this service has been added to your account now and is active.
