We signed up with Regus Sarasota and were told by a female rep that we would receive our phone number and fax in a couple weeks. She was rather rude and said these things take her a while, and that she would contact us when things were ready. We never received a call from this woman or anyone at Regus to date. Then, we received an email invoice that our purported services are being suspended and that the remainder of our agreement is now due, due to non-payment. Upon receiving this, my law partner and I have called Regus and left several voicemails, but have yet to receive a call back. I am disappointed with this lack of service and the aggressive payment demands. I will not be working with Regus in the future.

Hi Lauren,
I apologise if you haven’t received the level of service that you’d expect from Regus.
We understand that your telephone service setup is important to your business. I immediately escalated your concern to your centre team who have confirmed that your telephone service has been set up and active now.
I also shared your feedback internally with the relevant team for them to review and improve the quality of the service.
Upon reviewing your account, I noticed your invoices have remained unpaid since April 2024. Due to this, your account has been restricted and sent to our collection team. We greatly value your business and want to maintain a positive working relationship with you. However, the current payment situation needs to be resolved.
If you need further help in this matter, please respond to my team member who is in touch with you.
Thank you,
Michelle Spire
