Very convenient, flexible solution to all your remote office needs. All staff encountered have been friendly and highly responsive from the office manager and office staff to the customer service and support staff. The initial setup and contracting is simple and the app provides easy to use solutions to manage your account.
Team at the front desk is very helpful and diligent in responding to requests, however we have been waiting for AC repairs and our office is near 80 degrees. This needs to be fixed. The local team does their job and we wait on corporate level leadership to engage and fix the problem.
