The facility is well maintained

Tech and Temperature are Issues

The receptionists are nice and the office itself is fine, albeit a bit pricey. The tech is not solid. Wifi cuts out frequently. I was promised telephone service, but after 5 months that was never delivered. You can't control the temperature in the office; during the week it is too chilly for my taste and over the weekend it is a bit warm.

I am very disappointed with them

I am very disappointed with them, I was told that if I signed on to a 2 year agreement I would get a preferred rate. Then once I signed on, unless I provided account details for them to debit the rent from each month they hit me with a $350 charge. Then they hit me with additional hidden charges that were not explained or outlined in the initial meeting.This completely negated the benefit of a longer term lease rate and really put me off ever providing them with access to my accounts to debit rent. Also their right to charge or assess fees has no explicit limit, so they can arbitrarily assess a charge and there is not recourse as a tenant. Pay it or be sent threatening letters. This makes the monthly rent really more of an estimate than anything else. If you are looking for an office membership/drop-in i'm sure its fine, but if you are looking for a more permanent solution/office they are a very dishonest group and the even the fine print is shady as it gets. I read a more generous assumption of it, but evidently that was foolish of me. Too bad.

We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you but it’s in the terms of your agreement.
We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.
If you decide to add an automated payment method to your account (which you can easily do through your online portal, under the Account / Billing and payments section), we’ll immediately credit and refund this additional retainer.
Your Community team is your main point of contact and is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact them. My team will also clarify it with you directly now.
