Do not do any business with myregus

Firstly , the customer service is for sales only . 30 people will call you to sign you up for one of their offices . THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH LEASES, CORPORATE INFORMATION, HIGHER UP CONTACTS , GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR LEASE . They are just there to make a sale …… so if you are looking on help past the actual location , they are not going to help you . However they will send you to the location or the Helpdesk . The Helpdesk will send you automated emails , everytime .
I have tried to end my lease however I had questions , so I called myregus,….. you would think they would help with questions about terminating the lease because that’s where your confidential information is stored BUT NO , they are strictly there to help you get into one of there questionable leases….. I have to get in contact with the actual office . Finally did that and when I finally get ahold of someone she told me how to terminate and that I wouldn’t be charged past 2024 July . mind you this is was at the beginning of may . Fast forward I was charged august 18th for this virtual office . And the Helpdesk is no help and said they can’t simply void my lease because it automatically renewed . I’ve been telling these people I’ve been calling prior to about my lease and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone for questions , WHEN I FINALLY DID I TERMINATED THAT DAY .

They keep sending automated emails .
I’ve called customer service and asked for direct corporate information,….. and they said I need to call the actual office or the Helpdesk .
Neither are helpful .

Anyways they will be charging me for an entire year simply because they don’t answer the phones to answer questions .

I honestly think these people are doing weird business practices. Even just with reading these reviews . THEY MAKE IT EASY FOR YOU TO START A LEASE ,…. WILL EVEN FOLLOW UO WITH YOU IF YOU DONT SIGN , WILL EVEN TRY TO GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT TO SIGN IT ,….. but you can’t call them to end it . A COMPLETE JOKEE

IVE ASKED FOR COPORATE INFORMATION MULTIPLE TIMES , nobody seems to be able to give it to me . SO MAYBE ILL GET A RESPONSE HERR . Either way will post my review everywhere until someone gives me proper help . AND NOT THIS AUTOMATED MESS .
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE , THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IUT OF THE LEASE

Hello Rae,
Thank you for getting in touch.
Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed which includes information on how to give notice and when. When you sign, you confirm that you understood these terms, so it is surprising that you’re now confused by them.
Customers can provide notice at any time through their online account (myregus.com) by going to Account > Products and services > End Agreement. They will receive an automated confirmation once it’s been submitted.
We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date, as per the notice that you provided to us.
I’d like to help more but you’ve posted anonymously. Please contact me at lorraine.brule@regus.com with your company details so we can assist you. Thank you.
Regards,

Business integrity is priceless well worth any savings finding cheaper services.

I definitely wouldn’t renew nor rent office space from this company again. I personally believe a company is judged by its policies and procedures. Trying to find the termination policy is like looking for needle in a haystack. I’m beginning to think that is done intentionally. Just to find out that all terminations require a one month notice I guess my question is why is that. It sounds like an integrity issue to me. I did get a response from the corporate office advising of the termination policy which had to be created with the intention of charging people and additional month for rental. ***^All 1 month rentals must be terminated 30 days prior to your termination date. Meaning if I want to terminate after one month, I would have to put in my notice the same day I get the space. A three month rental agreement requires three month notice****Business integrity is priceless and whatever money I saved by finding the cheapest spot was loss due to renting a month I no longer need nor want.

Hi Donald,
I am sorry to hear of your disappointment.
We are certainly proud of our integrity and transparency. The terms of our agreements are important; they clarify the rules that apply to our products and services, and we do highlight them upon signing.
We’ve also tried to make them as simple as possible. The renewal/termination process is on the first page of these terms. We are sorry if you couldn’t find them, but they’re attached to the agreement that you signed.
For instance, and to rectify your comments above, if I may:
- Month to month agreements (and not one-month agreement as you’re saying), can be terminated with a 30-day notice.
- Three-month agreements require a 60-day notice (not three months)
We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel agreements without any previous notice.
Your agreement will end on 30 April 2024 according to the notice period you served.
If I can assist you with anything else, please contact me directly at lorraine.brule@regus.com.
We appreciate your business.

Hello Vi,
We are sorry for your frustrations but your comments are unfair.
Your local team have already contacted you and explained that the email you received regarding customer behaviour within the centre was a gentle reminder for all and not pointed directly at you.
We apologise for the misunderstanding and appreciate your cooperation.
Best,
