Regus business practices are highly questionable and unethical.
Please be aware, although everything may initially appear perfect with their service packages, exercise caution. If any issues arise that compromise your ability to meet monthly payments, Regus shows little empathy or flexibility. In the event you find yourself needing to cancel the service early due to unforeseen circumstances, they are unlikely to negotiate amicably. They may make frequent withdrawals from your account and continue doing so even when it is in debt collection. Since I began negotiations with their debt collection agency, multiple drafts have been made on my account. This practice raises concerns about whether they intend to reimburse those amounts or keep them as collateral. Be advised: Regus business practices are highly questionable and potentially unethical.

Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed. It is a formal, business commitment. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date. You can end your agreement through your online account (myregus.com) by going to Account > Products and services > End Agreement.
At Regus we take all possible steps to liaise with customers and ensure their accounts are up to date before contracting any third parties. This includes courtesy emails and calls from our team.
They may make frequent withdrawals from your account and continue doing so even when it is in debt collection.
