Horrible Experience…Receptionist is very rude and definitely doesn’t care about small business. No matter how pretty it looks on the outside; the way they treat you is unwelcoming.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate online.
We have investigated and would like to clarify that your centre team, at no point, wanted to be rude or disrespectful towards you. Instead, we understand that your dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the local team will not provide you with services and meeting rooms free of charge.
For you to come onto a public forum with such personal criticism directed to our staff, when they are simply doing their job, is very unfair.
