Regus requires a large deposit upfront but fails to return the retainer after the contract is terminated. They lack a customer service number, forcing all communication through the local office; however, that office does not have access to the accounting department, so they cannot connect with anyone who can resolve the issue. You will need to file suit to retrieve your retainer.
