the concept on paper seems great and they lure you in with offers and promise many things, once signed and in, then its like there is no one to call or speak to at all, customer service is non existent, if your locked out or lose a key or any issue there is no one to call.
almost like ryan air, they will bill you for everything they can, bill you for a coffee even machine faulty but no one to call for refund, doors wont open and you have no access and no one to call, they claim security but really they dont have security guard at all, no hot water, offices not being cleaned but no one to call and complain to at all, sent you incorrect bill and charged you double or triple and when you query it they add late payment fee and yes you guessed it, no one to call, its like being stuck in a matrix.
often these businesses forget that they thrive because we pay them, if we move on they will have no business.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
The local team are always available during office hours by phone and an emergency contact number is clearly displayed for out-of-hours issues, including lost keys or access concerns.
Earlier this year, we experienced a temporary issue when doors needed to be manually locked at 5:30 PM for four days. Customers were informed in advance via multiple emails, and additional on-site security was arranged to ensure normal operations, including weekends.
The coffee machine had a technical issue just over a year ago but was resolved promptly and has been fully operational since.
Hot water has always been available through the coffee machine’s hot water function, with an additional kettle provided in the downstairs kitchen for customer’s convenience.
