Overcharged and not being able to return the money
Update on July 14, 2025: After waiting for 6 months, the issue is still resolved. Lots of empty promises on the way. Don't do any business with Regus if you need to pay something in advance.

I’m so sorry for your disappointment.
Unfortunately, your initial invoice was double paid. We are still trying to understand the root cause and have flagged this issue to our IT team for investigation and resolution, so it doesn't happen again.
We will of course refund this overpayment. However, due to an unforeseen issue, this refund will have to be rerun which has triggered a delay. Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Once we reprocess your refund you will receive a correspondence letting you know that the payment went through successfully.
