We got our virtual office from this Regus location. Oh my god, working with Regus was such a huge mistake! If you're looking for a virtual office and come across this post, DO NOT work with Regus. Once you link your credit card (they'll never let you remove it), they'll charge you extra for things you never agreed to or used under the name of "additional services." Some months, they'll even charge you double payments, and when you ask for a refund, they'll do everything they can to delay it and avoid giving it back. That deposit you made at the beginning? You will NEVER get it back.
I've been waiting for them to refund the double payment for exactly 2 months. Now, they are telling me to wait for another month. The reason is to let the 3-month period for disputing the payment with the bank pass. I've never seen such a disgusting company in my life. I will dispute this week.
