Awful. Unprofessional. Robotic. Not an independent thought to be found in this confederacy of dunces. Used them as a mail service. That an organization of this size is stunned by the concept of keeping a record of mail received, you know, like EVERY MAIL ROOM ANYWHERE EVER, boggles me. They have no "Received" stamp or any other method. So basically they pinkie swear they're receiving/sending your mail. When one expresses dissatisfaction at this ridiculous way of doing business, one is met with shock and affront.
Also, any business that doesn't bother to properly spell the NAME of their client is to be avoided. Particularly if the client's name is IN THE EMAIL ADDRESS they're writing to. Sums up the caliber of this outfit. Choose elsewhere.
