service is hit and miss
Over the past few years, Regus has limited the options for lease packages available to tenants, locking them into services they don't need or excluding services they could use.
At this particular center, which now has only 1 Regus employee on site, services we pay for are not always provided (i.e. mail being sent out weekly). And call answering is all off-site, which is frustrating because whoever is answering my phone knows nothing about me or my business.
