This is by for the worst professional…

This is by for the worst professional experience I ever had, no exaggerating. I am showing an outstanding balance with the Evanston location, despite a manager saying that she would resolve the issue over a month ago! I initially requested an address for the Evanston location, but asked a representative to switch the location to the John Hancock building in Chicago the next day. The representative assured me that there won't be any additional charges associated with the change. I've sent screenshots of the dialogue I had with the Regus rep, and the issie still hasn't been resolved, despite manager looking into this issue for over two months now. Words can't express how ridiculous this whole ordeal is.
