My office experience is great. Giana and Jackie are especially helpful and friendly. I do want to mention your website though. It was a struggle setting autopay for my monthly rent. "Default Payment" (or something like that) isn't clear that that means autopay. Really delayed me setting up my autopay. Also, the process didn't go smoothly. One issue that's confusing is you have 2 websites: regus.com and myregus.com. There are times I've been on regus.com without realizing I needed to be on myregus.com to pay. (I finally figured out I needed to be on myregus.com to set up autopay, but it still didn't go smoothly.)
