First Office Experience: Small Business Prospective
Competitive with what's available in todays world of office space to lease, I found Regus to be a convenient and great option for my first ever office space needs. A few complaints and frustrations I experienced throughout my time as a tenant were rectified and handled appropriately. Ultimately, I had a positive experience and would recommend Regus.

Do not sign a contract with Regus!
A coworker signed up for a monthly pass in November 2022 and was NOT told it was an annual contract and it required a 90 day written notice before expiration date in order to cancel. Of course we weren't looking at the renewal term 9 months in, nor did the salesperson and tour guide ever tell us that it's a 90 day cancellation policy.
Today I have called two locations in Illinois, spoken to a super rude salesperson who hung up on me because he couldn't comment on whether a 90 day cancellation period makes any sense. I've been redirected to the "ticketing" system because once you are a paying member ($3600 so far), you actually can't SPEAK to anyone in person (her exact words) - you have to enter a ticket and deal with emails. When you sign in to the portal, and hit Community Team for help, it goes to a blank page. So they don't communicate the terms and conditions when you sign, they overcharge you, won't let you out, they won't help you, and they steal your money. We are paying $220/mo for only 5 visits per month and guess what? No one else can use those, only the original person that signed up, even though our company is paying for it and we have attorneys and paralegals that would love to work in a remote office once in awhile.
Try other coworking spaces first and if you have to choose Regus, make sure you read the T&C and are very clear on what you are paying for.

The notice period of all agreements is detailed before a customer signs and this would have been clear to your colleague.
The local teams are always available to help via phone if that’s a customer’s preferred method of contact.
Our memberships allow access for the person listed on the agreement to hundreds of our centres; they are uni-personal and cannot be shared.
If you would like to explore fixed options such as a private office which would allow access to multiple people, please contact the centre directly as they would be happy to share pricing and availability.
