I paid twice
I paid twice, but the website says there is an unknown error and service not available at this time. When I checked my bank account, the amount was deducted twice. I did not receive any email confirmation for those deductions.
After several emails and multiple calls from Regus team and to my bank’s help desk team, the bank told me to monitor the refund within 7 working days.
Made me feel so frustrated that online transaction can still fail like this.
I was not able to get that urgent and very important virtual office, and I need to wait for at least 7 working days to get my money back. 😔
Good thing is Regus team and my bank’s help desk staff are very patient and helpful. It is them and myself who became the victims of this technical failure.
