I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
We know that your IT setup is key to your business, and we’ll ensure any technical issues are fixed as a matter of urgency.
As your centre team has clarified, since your centre is newly opened, the internet setup there only allows a small group of users. Due to high demand, the number of occupants at the centre has increased and it caused the internet connection to be slow.
Your centre team is currently working with our IT team to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Meanwhile, they have offered to transfer your agreement to the nearest centre which has a stable internet connection, but you rejected the offer.
If you need further assistance in this matter, please respond to your centre team who is in touch with you.
