I am still awaiting having my online…
I am still awaiting having my online account updated to reflect that my lease is terminated and that I will not be charged for future rent. I have inquired with several points of contact at Regus and I know people are working on this matter. My local centre reps have been terrific as have other POCs at Regus. However, I am concerned that this matter has not been resolved and that I set to be charged again in a few days. I do remain hopeful this will be addressed tomorrow and I look forward to this occurring, thank you.
